SHIPPING INFORMATION
We can ship your item(s) won and this will incur a $10.00 per item handling & materials cost per item + the exact price of shipping to your business or residence.
Surplus Alberta.com uses Canada Post to ship small items via an Expedited Parcel Service. The shipping fee is based on the weight, dimensions and destination of the package. This service offers guaranteed delivery, a tracking number and $100 of insurance coverage. Additional insurance can be purchased upon request.
Items that are too big to ship via Canada Post, will be packaged and/or palletized. When items are ready for pick-up, we will advise you of the weight(s) and dimensions of each piece. Please let us know which carrier you will be using so that we may complete a bill of lading for your carrier of choice.
Currently, shipping occurs Friday’s and Monday’s and then subject to regular carriers shipping times to your area.
IN PERSON DELIVERY
Surplus Alberta can deliver your item(s). Cost is 10.00 per item and will be timed for when we do other deliveries in your area within a 5 – 7 day time frame.

IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER NOTE: Many of the assets being sold
in this auction may require equipment and labor for removal. Surplus Alberta.com strongly encourages you to attend the October
6th inspection to make sure you have the capacity to remove any
purchased items.
ONLINE BIDDING REGISTRATION: Online bidding to begin on
October 1st, 2020.
INSPECTION: Tuesday, October 6th from 10 AM - 4 PM
Per the Government guidelines concerning COVID-19, we
have instituted new inspection procedures.
1.Face Masks ARE MANDATORY, NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. All individuals who attend an inspection must be
registered for the auction prior to entering the facility.
No unregistered guests will be allowed entry.
3. Inspection time may be limited when traffic is heavy.
4. Auctioneer reserves the right to restrict the flow of
traffic based upon volume of attendees.
5. Additional restrictions and conditions may follow.
It is STRONGLY advised to inspect the items, in person, during the
inspection period in order to validate the descriptions and/or
photographs in the catalog. All items are located at the address above.

TERMS: All items will be charged in full to the Major credit card you signed for the Action with immediately following the auction, Auctioneer will email each winning
bidder an invoice.
REMOVAL: Thursday's from 9AM – 4PM, Friday's, 9AM - 4PM and Saturday's 10am to 1pm. You may also view the next Auction during these pickup times as well.
Successful bidders are responsible for the removal of all purchased items. Please
do not assume there will be boxes, hand trucks or assistance with
packing or loading. Failure to adhere to the posted times for removal,
will incur additional expense.
LEGAL CONTRACT - Your participation in our auction is your
acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms and conditions
presented here. Your failure to adhere to any of these terms and
conditions may constitute a breach of contract and may cause
irreparable harm to Surplus Alberta.com and/or our client. In
this event, we and/or our client(s) may attempt to recover any financial
or other damages by pursuing any action afforded by law.
SALES TAX: 5% GST is added to all SALES including Buyer's Premiums. NO
EXCEPTIONS
BUYER'S PREMIUM: There is a 15% Buyer's Premium for this
auction. Example: For a high bid of $100,000, a 15% buyer's premium
of $15,000 will be added making the purchase price $115,000.
WARRANTY: All items are being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no
warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify all
items and make their own decision as to the accuracy thereof before
relying on the same. Items may be added or deleted without notice. All
items subject to prior sale. Online bid increments are at Auctioneer's
